ARBITY provides professional services related to Amazon business operations, including but not limited to:
Advertising optimization and performance analysis
Amazon Sponsored Ads management and reporting
Data analysis using Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API)
Consulting services related to Amazon marketplace operations
All services are provided on a business-to-business (B2B) basis and are intended solely for business users.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available only to:
Amazon sellers, brands, or businesses legally authorized to operate on Amazon; and
Users who are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
3. Use of Amazon Data and APIs
When providing services, ARBITY may access Amazon-related data strictly in accordance with:
Amazon Selling Partner API policies
Amazon Data Protection Policy
Authorizations granted by the client
ARBITY:
Accesses Amazon data only for the agreed service purpose
Does not sell, reuse, or distribute Amazon data
Does not access buyer personal data unless explicitly authorized and required by Amazon policies
4. No Performance Guarantee
ARBITY provides services based on data analysis, professional experience, and best practices.
We do not guarantee specific advertising results, sales performance, rankings, or profitability.
Amazon marketplace performance is influenced by factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, Amazon policy changes, and algorithm updates.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and lawful access permissions
Maintaining compliance with Amazon policies
Reviewing recommendations before implementation when required
Ensuring their Amazon account remains in good standing
ARBITY is not responsible for account suspensions, policy violations, or penalties caused by factors outside our direct actions.
6. Fees and Payment
Service fees are determined based on scope, catalog size, advertising spend, and service complexity.
Pricing may be:
Quote-based
Recurring
Project-based
All fees and payment terms are agreed upon separately in writing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, tools, reports, and materials provided by ARBITY remain the intellectual property of ARBITY unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not copy, resell, or distribute proprietary materials without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ARBITY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim
9. Service Modifications and Termination
ARBITY reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue services
Terminate service access in cases of policy violations, misuse, or legal risk
Clients may request service termination according to agreed notice terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
11. Updates to These Terms
ARBITY may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
